Looks like an OnStar type service. Service/Emergency/Information etc. I think this is something Infiniti is considering adding to vehicles in the future.
I'm guessing.

looks like it some sort of onstar system. with the i ina circle being the info/help button, the car maybing for an ambulance, then the end button to hang up. dont have any ideas for the arrow though

anyone what exactly it is. i know i dont have it in my coupe though
