Those are where the Speed-O Tube Sensors used to be. It measures wind velocity through each port hole thus allowing fine spec adjustment for air fuel mixture resulting in maximum thrust velocity for the vehicle. This was developed by the previous driver with JPL Technologies. Dude's gotta be a rocket scientist to perfectly drill out and space those holes.

Just bought an 04 g35 coupe, havent driven it yet, but as u can see in the picture there are these black dots or hole in the bottom of the front bumper, why are they there? Do you guys think that a lip used to be on there?
