ANY SUGGESTIONS..on how to make my stock navi system play dvds

OK OK i know youve heard this before but hear it is again......i have an 05 coupe with navi.......i want to be able to play dvds....i know that the stock navi dvd rom wont play dvds....so does any one have any suggestions on how i can..?
