Unexpected news is leading me to believe that my 2005 G35 couple needs to go on the market. I am concerned because I see the G's selling for around $25k on e-bay and craigslist but both KBB.com and NADA.com shows that trade in value is $27,000 +. What do you think I should ask and what do you think I should settle for when I sell?

2005 G35 Silver 6-speed Coupe

Options: Premium Package, 19" rims, Aero Package, Bose. Basically everything except Nav.

30,000 miles and in MINT condition (almost no rock chips), interior smells new.

Thoughts.....are you seeing anyone professionally? Like a shrink or something, because I would talk it over with them first. With the post I can only expect that you are expecting an addition to the family, which is usually why we see the cars go up. I would probably guess around 26k like he said. The g37's are out, and the cars aren't going to go for much higher now it seems with the new one around.

 

You guessed it... An addition to the family. We just found out and I am a little on edge about finances and about things in general. As far as a shrink, i don't think that will be necessary but I do need to trim finances. The boat is first and the G35 is second. I'm just trying to get an idea for what I should settle for when I sell. It sounds like $25,500 is reasonable???

all of the previous guesses on a sale price seem about correct. With the new 2008's out its only going to drop faster. Get out now or keep it. I have an 03 were fallin off really fast!
