take it to the shop where you can get free trany check and have them write a report about it and quote you INSANE price.

They with that paper go to dealer and tell them that this shop found that trany is defected and it will cost $30,000 to replace it.

Shall I go ahead and do it and bring you DA BILL for warranty to cover it or shall I go straight to court?

I was wondering how can synchro can go bad? Is it because we redline the car too much? Or something else that we should be aware of?

If you ever saw how big a synchro was, and what it actually DOES.... then you wouldn't be surprised that they go bad.

It's like an oil burning motor... sometimes you just get "that" tranny.

They said the same BS to me the 1st time I took my car in for that. Took it in again 2 mos. later when it got worse. They replaced the tranny/clutch that time.
