Is there anyway people can check the status of an order w/ Infiniti? Eventhough my car is not due till April, I was just curious to see if production had started...

Yes. I ordered the car on December 30th. I believe the dealership ordered a couple of weeks later...It is a "G" order

 

Get the correct order number. If the car is a January allocation order, the order number would start with a Z. I forget what the Feb allocations started with.

"Z" orders are January and "C" orders are for February.
Don't know why you got a "G", are you sure it's not "C"?

Maybe my dealer is not sure ... (which is scary) but he said my order number is only 6 numbers ... and I couldnt get a letter outta him... I dunno..
BUT he said the armrest it from February production on...
and I should get it he said.
I hope so... I like the armrest.

I believe that "Y" orders are for January production, Z are for February, and C for March .
My coupe is a Y order, due at my east coast dealer 3/21.
