Hey guys, heres my story

I have a G35 Coupe 2004, 66,000 MILES fully loaded

Here are my problems -

My rims are all bent so i need new 19" wheels and tires = $2,500

the bar under my car that controls steering(i duno what its called), is all bent, so when i turn it squeaks, plus my car sways to one direction. Dealership and body shop confirmed i need a whole new set = $2,000

Gas mileage = i get 200 Miles in HIGHWAY Driving on a full tank.

My interior squeaks and not in the greatest condition.


So heres my question:

Should i spend like $5,000 and have my car driving well again OR
should i just trade it in for a Honda or Acura TL.

Im trying to do whats best for my wallet..

I just feel bad spending $5,000 on my car thats barely worth $20,000.

sounds like your G never really recovered from that accident you were in. why not just get a new(er) used G?

 

yeah it probably never recovered from the accident

im just having too many probs with this car..

 

bigger question though is wont the dealership offer a very low amount due to the problems?
