I was just looking at the 2009 GTR predecessor, the GTR R34, and I couldn't help but notice that Suburu and Mitsubishi Evo looks a lot like the old GTR.

Basically, these cars wanted to be a GTR when they grow up.

 

hmmm highly followed car on both sides of the pond and japan, everyone copies each other to some degree.

ill disagree also. even if the grilles looked similar the overall design is nothing close.

 

*Looks at STi parked outside*. Nope, aside from mine being blue and the pic of the R34 being blue, I see no similarities. If you are thinking about the aerodynamic elements like the front lip and rear wing, then sure. Those are all functional on a high performance vehicle. Might as well say a 911 Turbo looks the same too.
