What oil catch can are people using with the best success?

I want to get one of these because after modding my car (intake, spacer, exhaust, headers) I use more oil than I did before-hand (1qt per 5000 miles whereas it never used any when stock).

I am thinking that I am getting blow-by and want to stop this.

Which can is the best fit and most popular out there?

I personally put my car on a lift and do a walk-around as she drains.

Great time to spray those squeaky compression rods too.

Car is too low for me to roll around under, and it's just as easy to drive it on the lift as it is to drive it on to ramps.

Just thinking out loud.

Silly GW, he means the "catch can" for the crank case vent. It stops oil from being drawn into the intake.

But you knew that.....

^And your oil catch can is where under your G or did I miss that... j/k

I'm very interested in OP's question as well. There's not much room in our engine bay for these aftermarket catch cans. Plus why they cost so much $$ for what they are.
Some ppl have made there own, but not sure if I like the way it looks. Aesthetics are important to me as well as function, but that's me.

If you have money, ARC is top of the line. If you're on a budget, try the Greddy. It's polished and comes in two types: rounded and squarish. The Greddy is roughly $90, whereas the ARC is like $400 There's plenty of room in the engine bay for a catch can. Combined with A/N fittings and some steel braided likes, it looks hawt

Where in engine bay?
Most aftermarket ones I've seen are big and location is hard to find where to mount.
Cusco has one too, but forget cost.

The ARC can (horizontal version) is usually mounted in front of the engine bay. Most FI'ed cars have the intake part that is bolted to the fiber composite material off so that is a perfect spot. Mine (Greddy vertical) is being mounted on passenger side next to the power steering fluid. Hope that helps

When I was NA, I had mine mounted behind the driver side headlight next to the intake. Now that I have a Vortech it's on the passenger side next to the power steering reseviour.

^ Yes that helped guys. Thanx for the 411.
Greddy not that big then I guess, that works for me
So the Greddy will fit next to PS reservoir without moving reservoir to the right on it's mount brackets?

Did you ever get your Greddy mounted? If you have, mind posting a close-up picture of it?
I'm still having a hard time visualizing exactly where/how to mount in reference to my engine bay pictures.

Thanx
