I said the same thing to myself, the damage didn't look that bad but its totaled. That "Act of God" thing is pissin me off especially when he drove on the shoulder for 100 ft. I do have a lawyer because I did hit someone else after I got hit. This is gonna be a long *** case I can see it already.

Glad to hear you're okie dokie man. People tend to go faster on that stretch of the 10W especially the ones coming back from Vegas on the 15 to the 10. Wish you still had access to the G so you could part out some other parts that I need.

Damn bro that sucks. Glad to hear that you are okay though. Insurance companies are the biggest scammers in the world. ACT OF GOD that all you all were able to walk away from the crash is more like it.

Aww man that sucks. Almost the same thing happened to me. I was on my jetski and a guy was drinking but on his seizer meds and they dont mix, he turned right into me a totalled my ski. We were both ok, which was the important part. But I had riva stage 3 kits on it($$$$). Ruled my fault since i was 15 yrs old(legal age 16). That put me $20,000 back, But he was drunk on his meds which he shouldnt be, and it was still my fault. haha ridiculous. But hey, good luck with the family.
Take it easy!
