HP gain questions

Just installed my MD 5/16 spacer + MREV2 on my '05 G35c 6mt (REV-UP). I also put on a HKS exhaust about 3 months ago.

I was wondering, does anyone have an idea of how much HP and Torque I gained from the stock 298hp??

I was estimating about +15hp for the 5/16 + MREV2 combo and +10hp for the HKS exhaust.

Thanks in advance.

Maybe together +15, just because you keep adding stuff doesn't mean your getting max benefits that the manufacture claims. At best your getting more up top and losing a little down low shifting the power curve. These cars are highly tuned from the dealer and IMO anything other than going FI is strictly for the sound benefit or feel good factor. If you really want to know, go see a dyno.

That's a pretty good estimate. The MREV2/spacer combo always does 15+ and the HKS always does about 10 HP too.

But they add it in different parts of the power curve.

The MREV does most of its gain in the upper midrange and the HKS does most of its gain in the higher RPMs.

Either way, it makes for a good overall gain in area under the curve... just about every where its needed for spirited driving or tracking.
