thanks but fixed~!

the problem was one of the guides didnt want to cooperate but i was babying it too much and didt loosing the right upper screw. when i did it fell apart but got it off. anyway, went to replace the motor once i was able to access it, turns out they sent me the passenger motor. i cursed for about 3.5 minutes then i figured i would clean the guides, wire, everything and what do you know..... it works better than new. i knew infiniti was full of shiit when they said i needed a new motor. since it worked but was chopy on the way up and down i knew somehow it could be fixed. anyway, i will go to autozone and demand my refund. at least it all worked out and didnt have to buy anything. thanks guys for the help.
