How to remove dings and chips?

Any thoughts and recommendations on how to get rid dings and chips. I just got one on my passenger's side door and since I'm a perfectionist I want to get rid of it.

For dings...mmm.. dentless removal guy could do it.

As for chips... I've seen some nice touch up but I wouldn't be able to do a nice job myself. There are products like http://www.paintscratch.com/ that is supposedly easy to do.
