Which dealership sends their car to the best paint shop?

I went to the dealership to get its first oil change on my liq plat 07 G coupe and the service adviser pointed out some haziness on my hood. I never noticed it before but after she pointed it out I could kinda see it. Anyway the dealership said its a factory defect and I could repaint it if I wanted, they said its most likely from the plastic they put on the car when transporting there must of built up some moisture before the paint was fully cured. Does anyone know which dealership I should go to that sends their car to a 1st class body shop to get my hood repainted? I live in Northern Cali. At least I get to test out the new G sedan for a couple of days and save some more miles on my car

wow thats a nice service lady, proves that Infiniti gets reimbursed by Infiniti corporate plus 20% for any warranty work. Id be willing to bet it was a smaller dealership that wants business.

you should be able to buff out haze on the paint. as far as body shops, most dealerships have their owm bodyshops.

if its defects from the manufacturer they fix it when it comes onto the dock at a shop that already has a contract that way they can pay 20 bucks and hour and fall under the min amount of repair damage so they dont have to disclose a repair on a new car to the seller, and if your dealer is willing to pay for it they will send it to any shop THEY WANT since they are footing the bill
