Is my g35 A LEMON!! PLS HELP!!

like the title states IS MY G35 A LEMON!!!

okie here i go..KIND OF LONG BUT PLS HELP ME OUT
*my car is an o4 gcoupe*

i bought my car july 31st of 07.bught itfrom City Motors in washington,Pa. It was listed at i believe $23,500 with 25,000 miles.(To good to be true yes i kno) I asked for a carfax. They gave me one.It had 1 owner and no reported issues or ACCIDENTS!(bullsh!et). So yea i put 3k down and my mom was a cosigner.

1 month of driving my car it was sure a beauty. I had no problems Nothing at all. After that 1 month i started to hear a squeaking noise when i go over bumps or imperfections in the road! i thought oh i think i need new shocks! so i didnt think nothing of it until it got worst and louder! so i took it to the infiniti dealership and i told them my story. my brakes were squeaking like a biatch to. so i had them take a look at that. they told me since the previous owner put aftermarket brake pads they couldnt cover my brakes in the warranty .so im like okie. just check out the squeaking noise.they couldnt pinpoint where the sound was coming from so i rode with a tech and we went over a bumpy road and he finally heard the squeaking noise. So he said leave the car here and we'll take a look at it..

my car has been there for over a week so i come back and they said we looked at every possible place to see where that squeaking noise was coming from and they said did you kno your car was in an accident? im okie wtf the service guy said the front bumper WAS IN a front collision and had 2 tone paint and the right back side fender was hit and has 2 tone paint! im like wow..may i remind you that i went to the dealership 3 times to see if they can fix this!! but they cant get rid of the squeaking noise!! plus they told me my rear tires where the same size as the front tires!! i believe the stock tires on a G35 should be front 225/40/18 AND the rear are 245/40/18 but mine are FRONT 225/40/18 and REAR 225/40/18 there the same..is that normal?

so then i went to meineke to see if they can see where the sound is coming from.they told me its to hard to find its impossible to find that noise it could be anything!! im like wow this sucks noones knows how to get rid of this noise!!

Next..i was driving my car dec 12 07 which was wensday. i was driving on the highway on my way to work..i was in the left lane and there was a slight curve in the road so as soon i went in that curve and i tried to accelerate my car didnt accelerate my car just shut off so thank god the highway wasnt busy so i carefully pulled to the shoulder and i started my car again and it now has a check engine soon ligh on my dash. I only put 4,000 miles on my car i bought it used it had 25,500 now it has 29,500. i dont think i should be getting a check engine light rite now? am i right? maybe the light came on b/c i need to get a oil change. i was suppose to get my oil changed 1000 miles ago. so i dont know if this plays a roll in why my car just shut off!

if my SENARIO considered A LEMON!?

so please any feeback on this would be greatly appreciated. Any lawyers or lemon law experts pls help me..thanks for your time

What kind of dealership did you buy from? Was it Infiniti? I'm not a lawyer or lemon expert, but if the dealership gave you a Carfax that stated the car was in no accidents and it has been,it sounds like possibly fraud to me. Do you still have the Carfax they gave you? Do more research on your V.I.N. You might also want to contact your local Consumer Protection Branch.

One more thing. To go 1000 miles past your oil change interval is just asking for trouble. I ALWAYS change mine before the next scheduled oil change.

your car's not technically a lemon.. in that it wasn't a bad car from the factory. you just got lied to by a used car dealership, which is oh so rare

if it doesn't have a salvage title, try to sell it, and get a good one

first of all sorry to hear about your misinformation prior to your purchase. if the car has been in an accident, those dumb f*** dealers you bought your car from should be taking the heat but in life, life isn't fair sometimes anyways if the dealer is willing to take your car for 19ks then i would do it.... if you know that in fact your car has been in an accident and just take your lost for the rest. whatever you go i hope the best of luck to you!

carfax offers a buyback guarantee. if their info is not correct, and you relied on their information for purchasing the car, contact them and see what they will do for you.
