^^thanks for your imput!..what should i do about the constant squeaking noise when i go over bumps! i took it to the infiniti dealership 3 times for that! they said they cant pinpoint where its coming from! should i even bother to ask them to see if they can get rid of the squeaking noise again for the 4th time=/

Not sure but my brakes have always squeaked after being parked for a long period of time. I think it is due to the brake dust build up; the squeaking goes away after my first real stop. For the suspension; I find it is horrible as well driving in unpaved snow roads; I cant go above 20km/h or my car will literally go right into a snow bank but I guess it comes with where I live. Problems with my car:

1. Climate control flickers like crazy randomly alternating displays and messing up the CC until I turn it off. I have found no other issue like this on the boards and I have no clue what it is.
2. Brakes squeak
3. Right headlamp housing cracked somehow
4. Rear view mirror constantly rattles
5. Rattling from passenger side door
6. Wiper Motor died
7. Driver seat is torn
8. Bose Audio freezes in cold temps

I Expect alot, alot more problems to come; haha.

If the car was in accident I would file a suit with the BBB and get your difference through litigation or arbitration. Hope everything works out for you; I would hate to find out my car was a lemon.

Sounds like whoever had the car before you had no respect for his car..

First, yeah the tires should be 245 not 225 in the rear, you should change that the next time you change out your tires.

The brake pads are no problem, you can just change it out with OEM brake pads which don't cost that much.

Squeaking noise I don't know what that is, if it's kind of a creak, it could be suspension. I remember my suspension started creaking and they lubed it up and it stopped creaking.

For the engine shutting off, pretty much what you should do is go to the dealer and have them get the code and read it. They might not give you a conclusive answer, just some theories, and ask you to pay $300 for a diagnostics check, unfortunately. It probably is an O2 sensor problem, I would also suggest asking them to check for a dirty throttle body. If your throttle body is dirty enough it can shut off the engine.

Really, you don't really seem to have too many signficant problems, if anything you seemed more stressed about the squeaking than the bigger problem (engine shutting off). Don't stress too much over it, and I would try fixing these problems rather than selling your car like people are telling you to

(a lot of times when cars are traded in, the tires are replaced... the dealer could have put the 225's on the back... there is always a used car guy asking for the cheapest tires possible to be put on... and 225's will be less expensive, and most likely they dont know the difference and what the car requires...)

Oh yeah PHg35, still bumper to bumper on that car unless it is eclipsed 4 years of ownership. You need to find purchase date. Mine was July-2004, so I go to July-08. No powertrane coverage for a diagnostic at the dealer unless still under the 4 years.

Oops let me clarify on what I said. They will charge you a diagnostics fee if they find it's your fault (or the previous owner's). I forgot that my dealer tried to charge me a diagnostics fee by lying that I put an aftermarket intake, then after I confronted them about it they found the real problem (the throttle body). If you go to an honest dealer and the service engine soon light isn't on because of you, then they shouldn't charge you the rape-your-wallet ~$300 diagnostics fee. Just don't get fooled by any bs.. gl man.

EDIT: And I'm saying all this assuming you're still under warranty.
