Re: top speed

I think I read it's 158 limited at something like 5800 RPMs in C&D.

Re: top speed

im sure its different in every car because of speedometer variation. It might be off by 5mph from g to g

Re: top speed

Actually, I have a question for you dubi...when you were going that fast did the car feel really light and did you feel like you would not be able to take corners well?

I am asking because the only time I have gone that fast was in a Viper and at that speed it felt like if I took a turn the car would just go flying off the road. I could just feel the lift under it. I bet the 0-lift aero package probably limits that.

Re: top speed

it depends on the turn your talking about i wouldnt take a huge turn i would say it would be safe on a little bank or a small turn i was going strait on i-15 to las vegas and the car felt great .It was still pretty quiet as well with the windows up .I will let you guys know when i hit the gov.

Re: top speed

150+ mph sure has a good ring to it. Seems to me that once you cross the 110 mark, you lose most of your turning capability. Nice to hear that noise wasn't too much of an issue. Thanks for the information. The good areas around here usually have Johnny Law lurking nearby. ...dean

Re: top speed

Just checked and it looks like a few publications agree on 155 mph.
