Guys as I said before, most of the time, the squeaking brakes is normal. Performance brakes do this. You can resolve the issue very easily in two different ways:
1.) Spray an acid-free wheel cleaner (such as Turtle Wax Wheel Cleaner) on the rims and rotors and rinse the rotors down.
2.) If you have an open road, just drive to like 30-40 mph and slam on the brakes very hard. Do this once or twice (or however many times you need to) and the brake noise will go away.
The squeaking brakes is from brake dust/dirt/road grime on the rotors and when the calipers come in contact with the dirty rotors, they produce that ugly squeaking noise. But just do what I said above and it will get rid of the noise very easily. Unfortunately, since the noise is caused by brake dust and road grime that the brakes are constantly spitting out, the squeaking will come back...from what I know of, there is nothing you can do except to keep your rotors clean! =)
I have had my 6MT Coupe for 6,300 miles and I've only had squeaky brakes on two occasions...I wash my car once a week religiously and that keeps my brakes quiet.
