Anyone get a hold of the NAV TUNER CROOK after we blew up his spot?

hi there this thread is for all us nice g35 drivers that got coned into the fake NAV tuner. after the delivery of the unit not only did i discover that the product wasn't an AV. unit, its not a NAV tuner at all so i sent an email to the individual stating that the product doesn't do as advertised and that i want instructions on a refund and still haven't gotten a response. i have sent an email a day. now anyone else run in to this problem of no response? and if so what are your plans on getting your money back? mine are if the individual doesn't respond just smile and let master card take care of it "got 8 more days till the dispute slip comes in "

I'm also in the same situation. I've received no responses through here or my email. The person behind this is a forum member and I'm sure they're reading these posts. I don't think he will respond to any of our emails or PM's so just deal with it through your card company. I'm also going to report him to ebay and PayPal for falsely advertising the item.

Now when my credit card company takes back the fund. the jerk off is going to be out the money he spent $125 or $150 on the fake unit. Because by the time all the paper work goes through his 30 day return is going to be over.

My advice get banged from AV. Electronics if you want one of there units. i would have gladly paid the extra money to not deal with this B S. now i got a dvd player that i cant even test out 2 see if it works
