Threw a code...

So I've had this happen a couple times now where I'll be at a stop light, it's turns green and when I start to go the car will only go like 2 miles an hour. If I turn the car off and start it back up it's fine. I had the code pulled at autozone and it was P2135

Definition
TP Sensor circuit range/performance problem
TP 1 & 2 signals do not agree

Problem Causes

1. Open or short circuit condition
2. Poor electrical connection
3. Failed TP sensor

I have no idea what it all means. This happen to anyone else or might someone know whats up? Engine right now is 100% stock.

Jason with the twin turbos on the car i highly doubt they would have covered it under warranty. And we both know that the twins cant make a tps go bad so i didnt even bother with the dealer.......just didnt feel like arguing.
