G35C will win on both 0-60mph or 1/4 mile. Audi claims 225hp manual TT has 0-60mph time of 6.3sec, G35C 5AT should be at high 5s, not to mention past 60mph G35C will smoke the TT. So even if he has a good launch, you should still beats him.
IMO TT should be compared with RX8 and G35C to the S4 in terms of performance. (S4 will most likely beat a 5AT G35C though)

i thought 5AT was 0-60 in 6 seconds...? thats what i count anyway...

225 hp tt is pretty fast. quattro launch should take the g35. it only comes in 6spd until this year so yea tt should win. if the g35 was a 6spd another story. even with the launch the g should start pulling from 60 on

6sp wouldn't make much difference. G would win either way. I know first hand <- BTW this was not a street race.

i dunno man. tt's are ugly but they are deceptively fast. times are almost identical to my car (a6 2.7t 6spd). and jus ask one of ure boys "kwakman" about how fast my car is. stock....and hes got an intake~

Even my 03' M3 had trouble with that little TT in first and second.
The TT can't keep up once you breach highway speeds (unless the route is technical because the TT's handles are of the chart).

Audi TT 225hp comes with Quattro and has that AWD advantage...Audi's models with Quattro are REAL quick off the line.
But yeah, I think the G and the M3 can take a TT. On Saturday night when I was making my way into NYC on the GWB, this TT driver was being real aggressive towards me and I wanted to run with him, but I had mad people in my car at the time. =(

And it does, but be it at the track, or on the highway, the TT's AWD and weight allow it to take off quicker than most cars out there, especially when the car is already in motion.
