My G35c with PIAA Plasma Ion foglight bulb

My G35c with PIAA Plasma Ion foglight bulb
Today I installed the PIAA Plasma Ion Yellow foglight bulbs. The whole process took only about 20 min. Turning the wheels and jacking up the car sure helped. Many people use HID-like foglight bulb to match the Xenon headlight. That's cool and I almost did that too. However I wanted the Plasma Ion for contrast color and better visibility in bad weather. Remember, HID-like foglights don't help you much in fog or rain. Somehow the pictures didn't come out good. Trust me, it look so much better in person.

Close up picture. By the way, I also installed the PIAA Plama Blue wedge bulbs for the vertical lights.

You Suck!!$#! I have the exact same bulbs on order. I originally went with the Piaa Xtreme white H4, but it did look a little dull and boring. I was originally planning on going with the yellow ion, but initially I had a hard time finding this bulb. Its still kind of difficult to find, but CaddilacCarl pointed me to the site that still carries them. They look great man. Good job.....all u need are 20's now and you're car will look just like mine!

Lao,
You asking the wrong person man. Mine are on order and will be here this week, and will probably be on the car next weekend. I do like the contrast between the 2 lights as well. Everyone tries to find a bulb to match the xenon, but I would rather go with the contrast. And trust me, the Piaa Xtreme White H4 is NOT a match either. It came out white, but it ain't no xenon. I'll be glad to let you know how they look after they are on though. But I am sure its the same concept as the Lexus line of cars. Hmm.... another thing to consider as well is maybe that is a Lexus signature to have the yellow & the xenon...... and me and Luxman are just copying their style........ But oh well....what looks good, looks good. I'm not 100% sure they actually work better or not as Luxman says in rain and fog, or if they are more for cosmetic purposes.
ps: Bulb you need is for the fog is: H4 (55w)

Luxman:
Is the high beam now yellow or white and are they brighter? I thought about trying the Ions as well, but I want the highs to be brighter than stock, not worse as I do more driving on the highway than in fog. Could you post pics?
kkh:
Could you post the site that has the Ion H-4s? Have they been discontinued by PIAA?
