My G35c with PIAA Plasma Ion foglight bulb

Today I installed the PIAA Plasma Ion Yellow foglight bulbs. The whole process took only about 20 min. Turning the wheels and jacking up the car sure helped. Many people use HID-like foglight bulb to match the Xenon headlight. That's cool and I almost did that too. However I wanted the Plasma Ion for contrast color and better visibility in bad weather. Remember, HID-like foglights don't help you much in fog or rain. Somehow the pictures didn't come out good. Trust me, it look so much better in person.

Close up picture. By the way, I also installed the PIAA Plama Blue wedge bulbs for the vertical lights.

Luxman:
Is the high beam now yellow or white and are they brighter? I thought about trying the Ions as well, but I want the highs to be brighter than stock, not worse as I do more driving on the highway than in fog. Could you post pics?

kkh:
Could you post the site that has the Ion H-4s? Have they been discontinued by PIAA?

Is that the regular plasma blue or the super plasma blue for the wedge bulb?

unfortunately, when you look at the beam head on, it doesn't look that yellow. From behind the wheel, that's when it looks more yellow.

To answer your question, compared to the GS & IS, looking straight into the light, not as yellow

I knew there was a reason I'm getting the Ivory !! If those pics didn't come out too good, all the better with me. A classy look. Any plans on the side lights ?? ...dean

I used regular PIAA plasma blue, which looks blue enough for me. I didn't think I needed "super" version of it.
