I dont know if there are any other differences other than filter used and oil used. I know when Infiniti changes my oil, the filter says NISSAN on it. As for the oil, they both use that hybrid synth stuff anyway. If you want full synth, you either have to pay extra or provide it yourself. As for the quality of the oil change, I dont think there is any difference.
