Convince me to buy a G35
#46
i have 2 gs, i got rid of my integra cause i convinced myself into getting an auto just like u so igot the sedan biggest mistake of my life..... ur going to miss all the power u had of ur old car. i gave up on my sedan and jsut got a 6mt coupe its better but no were near my teg.
so if ur dead set on getting another car u might really want to think bout getting a 6mt at least.

Sedans are not that bad...
Remember 4do's mo ho's.
But seriously what ever you can do to a coupe you can do to a sedan.

I would probably not get a G35 if I were you. It's going to feel very sluggish in acceleration, as well as sloppy and heavy in the corners compared to a modded EVO. At age 18, as much as you think you won't want/need to go too fast... I'm sure you actually desire it more than you think, now that you're used to the EVO.
Unless you feel that the EVO really doesn't fit your personality, and you feel like you're driving a car that really doesn't belong to you(like borrowing a friends car)... I'd probably keep it, or get something else a little faster than the G. The G is a great car and I love mine, but it's just not that fast at all. The G is mostly about looking nice and being a great mix of luxury, semi-performance, and enough fun to please your average non-tuner driver without breaking the bank too badly. If you get a G, I'm sure you'll want to mod it at some point... and it's not the most mod-friendly car in terms of bang for the buck aftermarket performance.
Words can only say soo much though. You'll see when you test drive it how slow it will feel comparatively speaking to your EVO.

One thing you might want to do, Go to the service area, pull a mechanic to the side, ask him for his honest personal opinion...
See what they tell you.
