Hey ya I just bought my G35 a week ago and loving it. I just have one question and just wanted to see how common this is. After I shut down my car there are definate tinkering coming from the engine. I heard that it's normal but is it? I'm alittle concerned. It doesnt sound normal. It sounds like cereal after you but milk in it. It's not that loud but audible. So did ya have a problem with this too when it was new? Thanks

 

It is a common problem.. I heard it may have something to do with the heat shields cooling down or the tranny. I'm actually getting it looked at today.. ill update u when its done.

 

Just the normal cooldown of hot exhaust pipes and components, bro. No worries.
