Process of car buying??? HELP!
Im a little unsure (very unsure) of what exactly the steps are in the car buying process..ive owned 2 vehicles in my past, and ive bought them straight off of family and friends.
Is there anyone who can give me a detailed discription (DETAILED) on the car buying process starting with me finding a G35 that i really like and would like to pursue in buying.
My situation is this. I plan on taking out a loan no bigger than $15,000, and im going to put the difference down with cash. What do i do??

Figure out how the car is configured and choose the options you want.
Go to Chase Auto Finance and look for their finance calculator to figure out what you can afford. Don't forget tax and title. If you are paying cash, then this is a moot point.
Go to Edmunds.com and figure out what type of incentives from the manufacturer are available such as rebates and special interest rates. The interest rates are for those with excellent credit meaning 680 and up FICO score.
Go to Carsdirect.com, build out your car and see how much they are charging. You do not pay more than that. Add in tax and title fees.
Now you know what you should be paying and what you can afford. Shoot for below that target. Start e-mailing all the internet/fleet sales managers for the dealers in your area or as far as you are willing to travel to pick up. Wait for the offers to come in.
