So im in the feild to buying a G and i was wondering how the warrenty works. Whats the last year that still has a warrenty (ex: does the 03 still have a warrenty). And if not would i be able ot purchase an extended warrenty if i bought a used G.

Roughly. Ask for the original in-service date. If all else fails, call a dealership and have them look it up for you (this may be difficult, as not everyone knows how to do that)

Keep in mind, that this is the original IN-SERVICE date. If the 2003 was somehow bought on 6/20/05, then the warranty expires on 6/20/09 or 60k miles.

I got the extended warranty with mine. It was just over the 60000 mark. It is still by infiniti and covers 4 year or 48000 miles. I can cancel any time, I think it was 3000 extra, but is pro rated. I probley wont need it but with my luck it would break just because I declined the warranty.

 

dont forget about the powertrain warranty, its good until 6 yrs, and 70k miles.
The full warranty is only good for 4yrs 60k miles
