Need help don't take my G!

I bought an 05 g35 feb 1st, feb 12th I recieved a letter from Capital one who is on the contract as the financer stating that I was denied. I have recieved no notification from the dealer that I got denied from capital one. I don't feel I should need to take the car back if they ask. What are my rights in this situation, will they have to carry the note on the car etc... I want to be prepared in the case they ask me to return the car. The car was purchased at Tustin Nissan in California. I put 4k down. I know there is no way they can get me approved with my credit and my repos. On the back of the contract it states that the seller must notify the buyer within 10 days of the origional date the contract was signed. Can they just come and take it, if so wouldn't that be theft since they I have a bill of sale and vehicle vessell transfer form? I don't want them to take my G and I am having trouble sleeping at night because of this.
Thanks

not sure..but usually when you get denied by a bank/lean holder the dealership will find another that will accept your application...i could be wrong but its happened to me b4...it usually depends on credit...sometimes if your credit is to high/low banks refuse your application but i think its the dealerships responsiblilty since they let you have the vehicle! i dont see how they could have let you have the car without being approved...??

hope things work out for you...you can always call a few banks and ask for auto loans...dont know what kind of banks are in CA ,but in ky you can walk into most banks and get approved for auto loans...you may need colateral in doing so,most of the time you need to list your home!!

no g35 is worth being chased by the bank and further ruining your credit. Think about it for 2 seconds...its just a car, dont ruin your life trying to keep it. Wait till your credit gets better in a year and get a better year G then.
