Moving to Alabama, need advice!!!

I will be moving to Huntsville, Alabama in July. I wanted your opinion on whether the G will be a suitable car to drive over there. I hear it get's really humid and rains a lot plus it shows occasionally. I have $6000 left to pay off my car which is 2004 G 35 6 MT with 35.000 miles on it. Also, I will have to drive my car to Alabama which is a long trip in a G. Would you sell the car now if you were me or do you think I should keep it? Needless to say, I love my G. Thank you all for the input.

Humid and rains a lot? Same can be said for Seattle area (where I am), and there are TONS of Gs in Seattle.

Maybe I'm missing something, but there is no reason in the world to trade your G because you're moving to Alabama.

Keep the G... Drive it.... It would be awesome to drive cross country in a G. Also, you could take a vacation to the eastern end of Tenneessee and western North Carolina.. Some awesome roads to cruise in your G.

I love it there....

Mov'in to Alabama....

Regardless of where you move, even Alabama it should be business as usual.
Keep an eye out for those "Good Ol Boy" sheriffs. You might even hook up
with some of the members from Frenzy, they live in that neck of the woods.

Don't sweat it man. You will here lots a jokes like what's the best thing about Alabama? It serves as a buffer zone between Georgia an Mississippi. heehee.

I live in Georgia, the roads are good, real smooth, I have not seen a pot-hole in years. It snowed like once this year. The summer heat is brutal so I recommend you get a garage especially with the black coupe.

You will be able to buy a kick-*** place for about 1/2 the amount where you live now. Don't worry about the humidity, it will do no harm to the G.

Thank you, guys for all your valuable comments. It really helps a lot. I do hope to meet some fellow G drivers after I move to the South.

Keep the G and buy a beater pick up truck so you can fit right in with the good ol'boys. All kidding aside, if you love the G, keep it, unless of course if you want to sell it and use the cash to get a G37 once you have moved.

You want some advice? No matter how much that humidity goes to your head, she's still your SISTER! It's not OK, no matter what they tell you down there...

Wow! Car is almost 4 yrs old and only 35,000 miles. Not much driving, or you live close to work.
