When u guys burn mix cd's.. do the titles of the songs and artisit appear on the screen. Cuz when i have the radio on it tells me the name and title of the song but for mixed cd's all i see is CD 1-1 etc etc .. is there a special way to burn them that way they appear or is there no way.

Same here - radio song titles, none on burned CDs. I think if you get the hardwired iPod hookup (through the satellite input) the song/artists information appears on the screen.

 

No song titles for CDs here either.
Tried to burn it with a few different burning software, still didn't work. Sucks!

 

i dont get any title for radio, but i get it for my cd's. i burn them as mp3.

 

hold down the DISPLAY button couple seconds change to CD WITH DISPLAY TITLE!
Radio: Hold down DISPLAY couple seconds and change to RADIO WITH DISPLAY TITLE

don't use window player to burn CD,, use NERO buring

download Nero trial version and download crack for it

 

yea i "bought" nero too... i'll give the display button a try.. *crosses finger*

 

I always get the display for the radio for most stations, being so close to NY City.
But I have yet to see the CD player mode display anything more than the time and track Number.....

I don't know if the earlier cars had that feature....

Maybe the ones with the MP3 Input has this option

 

The display is hit or miss for me. I think it may have to do with the MP3 tag for each file and what version the mp3 was encoded in.

Also, does anyone know how to make the CD display automatically scroll?

 

Just tryed it on my 07 without premium, it WORKS! Luckily i only burn my cd's with nero

 

CD title will scroll only 1 time , if u want to view the title again you have to press display and it's will shown

 

it wont work with my mp3 CD's...
