that the new JDM bumper?? 
I had the same thing happen to my bumper about 2 weeks ago. Same dent, sam place, same size, same paint cracking. I had a body shop fix it (no bondo) and paint it. Came out great. Cost me $250.
I repaired a fender bender by blowing hot air over the dent with a hair dryer and I managed to get my hand behind there and pop it back out.
I really hoped that would help with lowering the costs of my repair, but it turned out with further inspection I had more damage underneath and in my whole headlamp, so I had to get my whole bumper replaced.
If you need a whole new entire bumper, don't bother with the hair dryer. If they're gonna' try and repair your bumper, give it a shot, maybe save a couple of bucks.

The bumper did get fixed... Funny story actually. While I was working there was a guy walking around asking "whos black infiniti is that?" finally he asked me and I told him its mine. He said he's got a body shop and he can fix that in 20 minutes on the spot for 250 cash.. All I had was 200 on me cash so I offered 200. 20 minutes later- dent is gone!!
I come outside, check it out and there was still some small paint cracks.. he said he would order the OB paint code and touch it up for 40 bucks. I'm calling him tonight.
