i poped my out but if you go on youtube and look up how to pop a dent out of a car it method might work.

I took a heat gun and a rubber roller inside of the bumper to pop it out.

or you can do the youtube method way is to.

take a heat gun and take a airsole can and turn it upside down and spray and watch it pop out with you dents it is worth a try before you take off bumper it will not hurt
