it sucks, but it could be worse. the paint doesn't seem to have been scraped, so you can just heat it up and push it out.

take it off heat it up from the back side with a hair dryer and push it out. wont cost you a thing if your going to get you insurance to fix it have them pay you then you get the money for free if it pushes out nice and you dont have to fix it. that really sucks. tell them it got hit in a parking lot and your insurance will not go up its a comp claim.

Inside, on the bowl of the dent the paint is scuffed, and around the dent the paint is streched into curved lines. I think the dent can be popped out but cannot buff out the paint cracks.

Hate to see that sort of thing. Some people simply do not give a rat's a$$. Good luck on the fix.

Dented bumper....?

You have two choices, all right maybe three....turn it over to your insurance
company....fix the dent yourself and have it repainted or my favorite....get
ahold of Klumzyee and have him send you an aftermarket bumper then have
it painted....

That sucks man. Never had my ride hit while in the gym, but I did have some a**hole try to break in to my f150 while at the gym. He messed up my door and handle pretty good.
