YEA NO SHIIIT! wish i would have seen it happen thats all. anyway, i touched it up with a bottle i got when i bought the car, and its really hard to tell anything ever happened. i will post a pick tom cause its too dark now. but it is amazing how good it looks. now i dont know if i should get it fixed. ive been looking into aftermarket spoilers and bumpers for the back and front so maybee this is a good time to buy a kit. any good sites on all the available one? thanks RX

You beat me to it, but I was going to ask you if that could be rubbed out? The damage looked cosmetic to me. Sorry you got hit. I would probably die if I found my car that way. Glad you were able to touch it up.

well i used some real good 3M compound but it only cleared up a little since the scratches are actually into the plastic and removed the paint. but the touch up worked real well. i did about 4 coats letting it dry in between real well. but what really did the trick was, using a flat thin plastic to push on the paint when almost dry on easch coat. its a bit hard to explain but you know when you put on the touch up paint how it actually looks raised? since the paint is a bit thick? well anyway i used the plastic, wrapped it around my finger and puched on the touched up parts once the paint was almost dry which smoothed it out so that it would look to blend better. anyway. i will take a pic tom and post.

They way it looks, it appears to be more of a really bad scrape than a actual hit. If it is a really bad scrape then I would definitely say a clear bra would have helped alot in reducing all that ugly scrape.

But then agin I am only aying from what I can see in the pic. and who knows?!? Maybe you already have clearbra on it.
