04 w/18k vs. 06 w/20k same price

I need to get some advice if on which one....

The 04 Coupe is loaded nav 6mt everything. one owner...

The 06 is also loaded nav 6mt everyting but has the dreaded OC problem,,, I have documentaion that the engine was replaced @ 19K, but have also read about people still having problem, OC issue.

06 still has warranty for another 4 years as the 04 has only 2 years.....

But I like the o6 wheels and the front bumper better....

I think I can get either for around $20,500.00 kep in mind that the 06 has a lemon law buy back from Cali....

Just let me know what you guys are thinking about the 06 vs 04

Keep in mind that a Lemon Law title car will be difficult to resale/trade. People normally avoid those cars like the plague. I'm all for 06's, but not lemons.

I do realize the lemon law, but I do plan on keeping the g for awhile. most likely for the life of the car..I tend to keep things for a long time..

Exactly. 06 and already engine replaced?? As much as I prefer the 06 G's, IMO its not worth the risk.

If the 06 w/ 20k is the one for sale at Wayzata Nissan good luck getting the price that low, they don't negotiate prices much...

In fact, if it's that car, I wouldn't go there at all, they are a bunch of greedy *******s that will lie to you and forge your name on loan applications.

I would go with 06 because its faster and has nicer headlights, taillights and better interior. Plus you get smart key or whatever its called

If possible, try to find 05 if that thing already had engine replaced.

YUck! The taillights after '04 (or '05) where they went from flat to curved was a BAD decision. They look nowhere near as good as the taillights on the '03/'04. And that silver button thing for the trunk release or whatever it is they added on the rear also sucks (visually-speaking).
