Sounds like you have a car that was decently modified and reverted to stock for a trade in.

1 - alarm issue - sounds like the car had an remote start unit in it that was removed, or other alarm as well, and not properly re-wired.

2 - Heat - either when that car was being taken apart and put back together, the air vent/hose connection was not put back in properly under there, or you may have a hole or so in the firewall that are not blocked from mods/electrical, etc.

3 - Radio - have you tried to eject the cd's - just to see if possibly there are some in there already - maybe forgotten ones? Also, sounds like a jammed CD, or possibly a junk yard replacement head unit from an aftermarket head unit swap?

4 - Bearing and engine pullies...that needs better understanding as that description is describing possibly that the engine needs new bearings and some pulleys replaced???

5 - Fuel gauge - definitely sounds like the fuel sending unit and float in the tank. Like I said, sounds like this was a modified car and reverted back. They could have had an in-tank Walbro pump, took it out and messed up the sending unit.

6 - Parking break light - sounds electrical or other. Likely though, check your brake fluid, that is how the system tells you it's low, and if it is low, you likely need brakes.

7 - If your car is running on 5 tires - that's your problem!!! However, the 4 that are actually mounted on your car are probably missing the pressure sensors. Perhaps aftermarket wheel were on the car, and when swapped back, the sensors where not put back on.

8 - Whistling door - very likely a bad seal, or a mis-positioned seal. likely from pulling out wires from stereo or other electrical mods. Maybe the car had vertical doors, got reverted back, and it's not lined up perfect?

Anyway - hope this helps. Did you get it from a dealer, private party, used lot? Warranty still?
