Unhappy Idle

04 G35 Coupe...
when i start the engine this is where the car idle's at is this normal i read it should be lower the 1.. like around 600 rpm's...

Its fine. It will always be about there with a cold start

Yeah man, look at your temp. gauge. It's just a cold start, once she warms up it'll go down.

whoa i just realized that my 06 Temp gauge is on the opposite side of the 04...

Not that they're old compared to new 2nd Gen Gs and a lot of more modern gauges, but 03-04 gauges are SOOO outdated compared to 05+. Just wish us 05 and ups had a different color other than Amber throughout.
