I must have ran over an old man

While I was driving home and heard a terrible grinding noise and I thought to myself, there's no way my brembo pads are gone, I checked them a week ago and had about 60% pad life left. I was near my house so I pulled up on the driveway and checked my passenger front rotor, the rotor was scratched badly on the outer edge. I took my brakes apart and found a ID tag that says "Caution, Person has a pacemaker". I have no idea how this random piece of metal got in my brakes. Here's some pictures

Why are your breaks orange, gamma your camera, or post in web color not print color? Unless they are orange then....

It's probably from the lighting from my halogen light.
