Window stuck

Window stuck
I promise all of you, I have searched this topic through and through. I knew before I bought my G that they're prone to problems with window motors and regulators. So when my passenger side window stopped working it wasn't a surprise. About a week ago it came up half way and just completely died. So I pushed the window all the way up so it's sealed and I can at least drive around with it.
Well, a few days ago my girlfriend decides to try and roll it down and it actually works. Problem is, now it won't come up. This window is not down a little bit, it is inside the door! Obviously there's no way to manually grab it, and after a few days it still will not come up.
I'm going to have Infiniti look at it this week, my concern isn't what I need replaced...my concern is getting the window up! If I was to take off the door panel, could I manually push it up? I searched for a DIY for taking off the panel and I couldn't find anything. I work long shifts and it's difficult for me to get a ride, and I obviously can't leave my car in a parking lot with my window completely open. Anyone have any suggestions? I would very much appreciate it.
Thanks...
Matt

Vipers,
I dont have a DIY, but I did replace my passenger side window myself. It isn't too difficult to remove the door panel, and yes, you are able to grab it once the panel is off. I'm not sure how secure it is though, (as in, how tight it is, and if you can move it by pulling on it) as when I did mine, it was broken already.
Also, on my old 240sx when the window motor stopped working, I took off the panel, and tapped on it slightly, while holding the window up button. For some reason, it started working and went up. Just make sure you press the Windows LOCK button after it goes up, so that someone else doesn't put the window down again before you get it fixed.
Hope this helps.

You can find how to do it in the service manual you can download from the link.

How much do you think it will cost for a new motor (if that's the problem)? I know no one would know exactly cause of labor costs and such, but anyone have a ballpark range that had it done before?
Thanks
