Almost Purchased a G35 But Some Problems...
I was looking at a low mileage (17k) 2004 G35 Coupe today but I went with my buddy and he pointed out some problems.
Here's the list:
-some of the engine parts looked oxidized (seller lives maybe a mile or so away from the ocean)
-left side of the car audio does not work (Bose)
-VDC off (could this mean that he beats on the car...maybe?)
-paint could use some TLC
The price is $21.5k (he was asking $24.5k) it is a 2004 blk/blk G35 with 17k miles 6MT with Premium and Aero
What do you guys think? Is this a fair price for the car which could definitely use some TLC!!

Left out in the weather....!
This is a low mileage '04 but from the description it hasn't been taken care of.
Sounds like it has been left outside it's whole life with the engine showing
deterioration. My guess is the interior has suffered too, seats, dash etc. My
advice, find another G that has been taken care of!

Lot's of issues with Blose on the G35. Lot's of memebers upgrade anyway.

Was it turned off for the test drive or is the fuse pulled? My VDC resets each time I turn the car off. I have to press the button to turn it off.

If it's always been outside for 4-5 yrs and not waxed you'll have an issue.
