Starting problem.... need help.
Yesterday i installed my subs and amp. I drove the car a few times with no problems. Today i turned the car on and the car started but quickly shut down when i left it idle before backing out. It will run but if i leave the car idling it will die, so i have to have my foot on the gas. The car seems to be idling at really low RPM's. any ideas? The only thing i can come up with is that the battery is too weak... but then why would it start?

i was going to say...try cleaning the throttle body

but usually it only stalls when the engine is already warm. I'm not sure why yours stalls regardless if the engine is cold or not.

Has it rained since you installed the subs and amp? If so, did you use the grommet on the passengers side firewall to bring the power wire in from the engine compartment? If you did that as well. Theres a chance water got in and messed up your ECU some. If none of the above applies to you. Then I would take it to a tuner, and they can raise your Idle. Hope that helps.
