Actually for '04, they upgraded the materials in the Z. My roomate just bought one. The materials are textured and feel a lot nicer than before.

LOL "Mr. Feeny"... that brought back memories.

The aluminum trim or whatever you want to call it goes perfect with my BS coupe....thats why I think I like it so much. My first time seeing the black was on my loaner Sedan couple days ago. It too looked nice.

I'm sorry. You're absolutely correct. You have every right to appear to be a moron in public if you choose.

Re: standard g35c interior

I had a great childhood. I hope you're having a great one too, and that it eventually ends.

Sorry if I seem "****" to you. I just get a little tired of the relentless dumbing down of our society's standards, particularly among younger people. Too many American kids can't read a clock, spell or write coherently, need calculators for simple arithmetic...on and on...and don't seem to care. The educational decline in our youth culture is an international embarassment.

I'll let it rest now. I just had to say something about it, and I did. Best of luck to you.

Re: standard g35c interior

I completely agree with BMW3. This is a pretty mature and formal message board, I think everyone can suck it up and write with some decent grammar and punctuation. The decline of knowledge and the rising of pop culture makes me question what the next generation of the world will be like.

Don't even talk about my childhood because I'm 17 with G as my first car.

I do agree that it makes it easier for people to read what you have to contribute. I personally got dizzy trying to read your post.

Lets not talk about my childhood I had to wait till I graduated with my degree at 22 to get my first car my beautiful coupe!!

Re: standard g35c interior

Ya know, I gotta agree with BMW on the simple fact that before this car, there is no way I could read an analog clock as fast as I do now. My generation (20 years old) has alot of growing up to do, and we seem to have alot more time than previous generations to do it. I enjoy being 20, having a job, paying rent, car payments, and everything else that comes my way. Then again, in my mind, Im more mature than 90% of the people my age that I come in contact with, hence why all my friends are much older than I am. As far as this message board goes, it seems to be in the same mentality. This isnt a civic "Duhhhhh NAAWS makes muh car go fasta right?" forum. This is a much more mature forum than even I'm used to and Im still adjusting to these full, as grammatically correct as I can sentences. =)

Re: standard g35c interior

We're way off topic here, but I thought part of growing up was becoming tolerant and understanding of others? Let people post as they see fit as long as they are not disparaging others nor doing any other harm. If you do not like the way someone posts, then I suggest that you don't read it and don't reply. Personal attacks and "name-calling" certainly don't advance the purpose of this board.

Re: standard g35c interior

Hey Standard g35 c,

I think your interior looks great. I wish I could've gotten the matte finish console on my 6mt. I'm not too crazy about the titanium look or the thought of how it will hold up in time. Yours will be much easier to keep looking nice. Does anyone know if the matte finish is available as replacement pieces for the 6MT console?

Re: standard g35c interior

Who is Standard g35 c? Is that suppose to be me? I never know since people ALWAYS get my name wrong. Anyhoo...I didn't even really know that there was a difference in the two back in the day but now I do. Eh, both look good to me but I chose a 5AT sans all the extras so I get the non-titanium finsih. Oh well...

Lastly, hope those pics help you skylinegtr276 but as for the punctutation (or lack thereof). You are entitled to write however you like, but you'll typically get more (and better responses) if you write in complete coherent sentences.

Hi Startertan, Yes, I did mean you. I'm just getting the hang of using the forum and goofed.

Thanks.
