not sure what the exact conversion is, but 75L is roughly 20 Gallons,

When you do 45L, does that bring your gas gauge to full?

There is a TSB on the Fuel Tank where your needle indicator only gets to 3/4.

i had the same problem when a full tank will only indicate 3/4 and sometimes gives false readings... i did the repair myself.. all you need is a q-tip and 30 mins of your time... there is an access to your gas tank on your rear seat.. remove the bottom seat...remove both access covers... remove screws and pull out your gas guage... clean the both floaters with a q-tip and your'e done... very easy repair... dealer said "schrader valve needs replacement"... yeah right... everything is working fine now... gas guage reads full and all readings are correct...

I think you would have to change the main fule level sensor (P/N 25060-CD00Reference number is ITB05-043)
if that didn't work then you need to change the Shutter valve then i think it would be all fixed ( reference number is ITB05-031)

you don't need to replace the fuel level sensor... i just cleaned mine with a q-tip...

here's a link on your fuel system schematics...

What year model, how many years old, and how many miles were on the car when you purchased it.
