All warranty work must be done at an Infiniti Dealer..
Heck you are almost an hour closer than my nearest Infiniti Dealer.

I was just asking a Nissan parts department guy about this type of thing. They cant even lookup parts for Infiniti's. They can order by part number, but even then.. if its infiniti specific its not a valid nissan part number either and they can't get those.

I really wish we didnt have 'luxury brands'. They should just sell it all under nissan. Skyline is a better name anyway...

They can't do any warranty work, but I'm pretty sure they can look up and order parts just fine. Don't quote me on the last part, because it's entirely possible that my friend just looks up the equivalent 350Z part and gets me that instead. I don't believe I've bought any G specific part, so that's why I can't be sure. But I do get everything done at Nissan, since I have a friend that's a service manager. Discounts FTW!

I think it depends on your dealer... There is a Nissan dealer near my house, (closest Infiniti dealer is 45 minutes away), actually advertised on TV that they are certified to do Infiniti Warranty repairs, and advertised that you can save time by having them do it....

As far as parts... I went to a nissan dealer near my work, and they couldn't lookup the parts, but they said to call the Infiniti dealer and get the part number. He said they can order anything as long as they have the part number. So I called from my cell phone while talking to the parts guy... Got the part numbers, and they ordered the parts for me... (And charged me like 50% what the Infiniti dealer wanted for the same parts)
