2007 coupe spoiler question...

Hi, I searched and couldn't specifically find the answer to this question yet.
I just ordered the 03-05 spoiler for the coupe from the ebay user "spoiler king". http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/a...ndspoilerking/
But now I am wondering if I will have fitment problems on my 07 coupe? Because I read that the cars already have some predrilled holes even if they don't have the spoiler, so I was wondering since I went for the older style (I like it better) will I have trouble with the install since my holes will be off? If anyone could help me with this question I would really appreciate it, because I could still contact them and get the 06-07 spoiler instead.

Thank you!

James

Lol...if the car had pre-drilled holes you would see them from the top of your trunk. Cars without spoilers don't have predrilled holes.

+1
You have to drill into your trunk to make the holes, there are no predrilled holes.

OK, I thought I read in the install instructions something about finding some holes under the decklid that you feed the thing through, like there is another layer of sheetmetal you have to drill through. Obviously I don't see any holes on the trunk lid. Alright, thank you all for the quick feedback anyway! This is not the OEM spoiler but the spoiler king $100 knock off from ebay. From what some other people said on the forum, it sounds like a great product!

My question is why you would want the old style spoiler on your '07. IMO the new sleek smaller spoiler is the way to go.
