Modding and Warranty?

Has anyone encountered any problems with the stealerships having modded suspensions/wheels/engine etc? I was just curious on everyones encounters?

as long as the engine is not FI you will have warranty... now if you do have suspension problens they will try and blame the mods but they will have to prove to you its the mods causing the problems

Warranty??

Does that come with the premium package...... lol....All dealerships are different. Some are mod friendly some arent.

if you are worried about the drive tran warranty it might not be a good idea to mod the engine

You wont have a problem unless an aftermarket modification you have on the car is the cause of the problem. other wise they cant do anything

I'm believe that the law state something like this: Parts have to be equivalent or greater in quality. I believe dealer have to prove that the problem is caused by that particular part.

Mods vs Warrantys....?

I haven't had any issues with this because I don't take my G to the Stealership! My guess is that if you have issues with excessive oil useage
removing the plenum spacer might be a good idea. Brakes if you use aftermarket pads (like I do) you're on your own. Intakes, tires/wheels I
don't think those will void warrantys....JUST DO IT!

Too late, I just threw my rims on anyways and found some 350z s-techs locally for a steal. 150 bucks brand new
