just an idea, get someone to have there head under your hood or listening on each side under the car or where ever you hear it the most and see if you can't isolate the location

I have a similar problem. Im almost 100% sure what the cause is; I removed the cats and Replaced them with TEST PIPES, now everytime I accelerate hard I hear a Rhaspy noise coming from the exhaust....When it had the cats on The noise was not Present. So I know what the problem is...I might be putting my stock cats back on.

Anyone else have this problem with TEST PIPES installed?

yes the test pipes do that, but the purpose, incase you don't know, is for more exhaust flow out, the noise from them is just a draw back

Sounds like you're describing the same noise the clutch/flywheel makes on the MT's when coming to a stop after turning off the car. It's normal noise according to dealership and my car does it frequently.

I also have that test pipe rattle noise too and it's different, but I am getting the CAT bracket installed back and welded to the test pipes tomorrow in hopes of stopping it.

+1 on normal. If you want to be sure, hold clutch down as you turn off the car. The noise rattle should not be there. Then try it again without holding down the clutch. you should hear the rattle now. It's normal clutch chatter on the 6MT's...

Clutch chatter. Try pushing in the clutch next time you shut off the car. The noise should reduce. Normal, but annoying.
