Well glad everything worked out. Sorry for the posts but your friend was a lil bit much. Glad to see you guys had a good time. Oh and not everyone is capable of drivnig the G to its absolute potential so calm down. I know I'm not and thats why I havent gone to the track yet.

LACR is a tough track from what I hear. It's got high altitude for one.

Do you guys ever run at California Speedway?

Re: So, I raced AUDI_2_7t yesterday!

I have a question how would I get to LACR from San Diego (if it's even close) I wouldn't mind running my G my best time is 14.21 in Gulfport MS. If I can make it there in 2-3 hrs I'll be there just let me know when.

Re: So, I raced AUDI_2_7t yesterday!

I am NOT flaming!!! I just saying that those times are not what I call representing.. Thats all.. It makes the G look slower then it realy is..

About the slip.. Comming right up ill get it as its at my GF's house with my scanner..

Im not sure about the track you were running at. Thats why I asked am I missing anything. Such as Alt, temp, nervous, flat tire??? Was it your first time at the track? If so other then getting all mad why dont you ask how to get your times better so next time you can beat that Audi.. Thats all.. But if your proud of it then more power to ya and wish you better next time.. I will post slips as soon as I get them..

So, you have the Z-tube, Stillen intake, JUN flywheel, Crawford, High-flow cats, and Nismo clutch? and you only did 14.153 @99.19? Your 60' time could use some improvement also. But if your happy with it, more power to you. I am not flaming you.

Re: So, I raced AUDI_2_7t yesterday!

Anyways Randy, here is our 2nd Race, uncorrected times.

You ran a 14.857@94.391MPH. Your 60' time was 2.267, your RT was .748

Mine was 15.302@92.474 with a .662 RT.

The corrected for sea level times are-----
YOU--14.412@97.223MPH
ME----14.842@95.248

According to the LACR.net web site, you multiply your ET by .97 and your MPH by 1.03 to get your sea level corrections.

Re: So, I raced AUDI_2_7t yesterday!

agreed. infidsg35's time of 14.153 is about a 14.6 at palmdale. so randy's only off by a couple tenths.

Re: So, I raced AUDI_2_7t yesterday!

Btw, here is a quote from LACR.net website;

Altitude Correction
LACR is 2,710 ft. above sea level.
To figure the altitude factor the formula is as follows:

ET: multiply your et (at LACR) by .97
MPH: multiply your mph (at LACR) by 1.03
This will give you the ET & MPH at sea level.

Re: So, I raced AUDI_2_7t yesterday!

I'm not gonna get angry at you for flamin others while not knowin everything. LACR is notorious for their altitude. Everyone will run at least .4-.6 seconds slower. Whatever times you get you're suppose to multiply the times by 0.97 and taht is the time at sea level. You should come out once. Maybe YOU could show us "how to represent" One more thing Randy is near stock, it seems like you are somewhat modded. He wasn't too far off your time...hmmm...

Re: So, I raced AUDI_2_7t yesterday!

Hey those times ARE VERY GOOD for palmdale. If you do the math for it at sea level you ran very well. I give you guys props for doing that good of a time at Palmdale. Hey School will be done in a month so by then i hope to go to the track more. Randy thanks for the invite looks like you had alot of fun. Wish i could have made it out for this one.

Re: So, I raced AUDI_2_7t yesterday!

Humm ok those times are from last year without the mods. I had a 350z tube, Stillen High flow, and Plenum.. That was also right after rain.. I only went to the track 2 times ever.. So im no pro and NO IM NOT happy with those times. Thats why I added the other mods so i can do better this year.. Traction was a huge problem as i put my car sideways going into second.

Well im from NJ. I dont know how this stupid track is. I thought I read that it was at sea lvl. But guess I was wrong.. All you guys had to say is it was at 2500 feet and i would have been like right on target with a stock G. Im done with all this. I didnt mean any harm and im not going to continue to defend myself over nothing...

Well congrats on the good run and hope you get him next time..

Now Ill just sit back and watch all the smartass comments roll in.... Cant we all just talk about Ducatiguy
