Debadging

Hey I was thinking about debadging the Infiniti and the G35 letters off of the back of my G35 Coupe.

I was wondering if the dealership would still take it when i trade it in in 2 years or if there is any way of putting them back on so that they wouldn't complain.

A dealer would take a donkey on a trade in if you had one to offer.. I'm sure they wont give a crap about a few letters.

I just traded my Avalanche in for my G, and had a lot of things missing. The bowtie on the front, the cladding on the side. They didn't care, all they check was the mileage and the engine. From what the dealer was telling me they plan on paying so much for people turning vehicles in to bring it back to stock. I don't think you'll have a problem

Are there holes or is it adhesive that keeps the letters on?

Adhesive. It was very simple, the hardest part is rubbing off the excess glue on your car. All you need is: Goo-Gone, some dental floss for sawing the letters off, a towel to wipe off excess liquid, and some patience.

ok cool, thanks. Your G has such a clean look, the black with dark tints and smoke taillights is the way to go. I'm currently shopping for a red G and plan on doing the same. Its really tough to find these cars with MT, let alone
in red too.
