weird sound when fully turning left

ok so each time i tottally turn the steering wheel to the left but only when its tottally turned and start accelerating a little i get this weird like metal slashing sound,, can it be the rotor? or what do you guys think

My car does the same thing. It's most likely the rotor guard.
